Softness with substance.
A living lattice of particles and volume constraints holds the stuffing together. Every squeeze reshapes it; a weighted belly helps it sit naturally.

Every thread is connected.
The wings are sewn particle cloth. The lantern has its own weight and cord. Tug one, and the rest of Morrow feels it.

Leave a little trace.
Thousands of curved fibers follow the stuffing. Brush a path through them and watch the velvet catch the moonlight differently.
